Men’s resilience health program​

I help men optimize physical health and strength, nutrition, optimize hormone health, promote growth while facilitating a healing journey through trauma work and past belief systems that hold you back. So that men just like you can excel in all areas of life. In return I get the opportunity to walk out my purpose while giving space and encouraging more front-line men to step into their purpose.

This program includes full strength training programming along with all nutritional programming; no matter what the medical needs are. We monitor hormone levels to maximize results not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. This program includes daily check ins via private messaging app along with a weekly coaching call to work towards a overall healthier you.
