Nutrition coaching
Daily accountability and macro splits designed for your personal needs and goals. I will not give you designed food plans to adhere to but rather teach you how to prepare foods, times to eat, and how to eat, creating a healthy lifestyle not a diet. I do work with food allergies, sensitivities, and medical restrictions.
